Terms & Conditions
 All hires start when the car leaves the garage and finish when the car returns to the garage except those hires to or from various airports or those which are the subject of a fixed charge or those where the mileage charge starts when the hirer first enters the car and terminates when the hirer finally leaves the car.
All charges in the amounts specified herein and in the current tariff published by the Company are payable in advance except where a hirer has a credit account approved by the Company.
When a car is hired for a week or longer period, whilst every endeavour will be made for the hirer to retain the same car and driver during such a period the Company reserve the right to substitute any other car or driver according to the requirements of the service.
The Company expressly prohibits any persons other than their own drivers from driving the cars.
Subject to condition 4 the Company accepts responsibility for damage to their cars by fire or collision and the Company’s legal liability for third party claims arising from use of their cars.
The Company accepts no responsibility for any delays howsoever caused.
Car parking fees will be charged at cost in all cases.
The driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgement of road conditions and traffic at any particular time.
When a hirer desires to travel to a particular place, the driver will, unless specifically otherwise instructed by the Company travel by the route which is, in his opinion, the best and most convenient for motoring whether the route is shortest or not, and no allowance will be made to the hirer on the ground that the route adopted is not actually the shortest.
A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage which in the opinion of the driver amounts to an excessive weight will not be carried. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car howsoever such loss or damage is caused.
The Company reserve the right to invoice the client with a charge unless a cancellation has been received 48 hours prior to the dispatch of the chauffeur and car. If a payment has been made by credit card in advance and cancellation is made prior to the 48 hour period a full refund will be issued. Privacy Policy- We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Excess will be charged at the basic time and miles rate or at the hourly rate, whichever is greater.
Airports, docks etc., wait and return will be charged throughout at the basic rate.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to alteration without notice.
The customer will be responsible for the conduct of the passenger (s) and shall pay for any loss / and or damage caused by the passenger (s) to the vehicle or any other property, including but not limited to cleaning costs following any spillage or soiling of the vehicle and any loss of earnings suffered by the Company or any sub-contractor or employee of the Company due to the vehicle being out of use during such cleaning.
The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle and its occupants. Any passenger whose conduct the driver reasonably believes to be drunken and disorderly, threatening, abusive, abusive, dangerous or in breach of any statutory regulation may be removed from a vehicle or prevented from boarding. The customer will be responsible for the conduct of any passenger and shall indemnify the carrier for any damage or injury caused to the vehicle driver or any third party’s property by the Customer or any passenger.
The first fifteen minutes of waiting time is free and thereafter will be charged at £0.75 per minute in relation to the agreed pick up time.
The Company will inform the customer of any left luggage or personal items and will state when and where they can be collected.
Any animals should be declared upon booking. The Company reserves the right to decide which animals can be carried and how.
The Customer and passengers will not require the driver of the vehicle to break any provisions of the Road Traffic Acts or the rules contained in the Transport Act 1968 (as amended) relating to the driver’s maximum daily hours and rest periods. The passengers will comply with all applicable legislation and regulations regarding wearing a seat-belt.
Wi-fi will be provided upon request. The Wi-Fi is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Whilst the Company will endeavour to provide secure access via the WI-Fi service, it cannot guarantee the security and privacy of communications.
The Company’s charges are to be paid within 14 days from the date of the Company’s invoice, without any deduction or set off against any alleged claim against the Company. Any query by a Customer in respect of the Company’s charges must be made in writing within 7 days of the date of the Company’s invoice.
If the Carrier’s charges are not paid in full within 14 days from the invoice date, the Company shall thereafter be entitled to charge interest on all outstanding monies at an annual rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate current at the date of the unpaid invoice. Where the Customer is a commercial entity, interest and penalties shall be charged pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.These conditions shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions (including those of the customer). Unless agreed in writing by a Director of the Carrier, no employee, agent or sub-contractor of the Carrier is authorised to alter or vary these conditions.
Cancellations. If the customer cancels their contract with the Company up to 48 hours of the booking then a half price charge will apply. 24 hours or less and the full rate will be charged.

No claim shall be brought against any officer, employee or sub-contractor of ADL Executive Cars Ltd.
These conditions and the contract to which they apply shall be subject to English law and any dispute between the customer and the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
